Since 2022 I've helped 65+ buyers and sellers close across Bend and the surrounding towns, more than $33 million in homes sold. A lot of that has been first-time and VA buyers, which is honestly my favorite work. My husband is a contractor, so I understand how these houses are actually built and what they'll really cost you after you own them, not just how they look on a Tuesday.
